Craving for the best Roasted chicken??...Clucker's is the place to head.

Located at Sajaya Plaza on Hessa street, Al Barsha 3, Dubai is Clucker's Wood Roasted chicken restaurant. I was invited to try out what is claimed to be one of the best Wood roasted chicken in the United Arab Emirates.

Did they live up to my expectation of a perfectly roasted chicken?. Read the blog below to find out more. The dishes I tried and probably you should too :

Clucker's Wood Roasted Chicken Breast: An Absolute Must

The Wood roasted chicken is made by roasting the chicken which is backed by wood that gives it the Smokey flavor, the meat is tender, very well seasoned and the best part about it is that the fat from one chicken doesn't drip on the other chicken pieces which is why the chicken is not greasy and fattening but makes it perfect and melt in the mouth, making it one of the best-grilled chicken you will have tasted.

The grilled chicken is served with rice or french fries, garden salad, fruit salad, tamarind sauce, tomato and herb sauce and a garlic sauce. Just4tastebuds recommends it as a must have , You can thank me later :))

Chicken Liver - An Absolute Must

If you are a person who loves to experiment with food, flavors, textures and mind-blowing taste, then this is a dish for you. I would thoroughly recommend this dish as one of the best liver dishes I have tasted. The chicken liver is grilled with onions, molasses, Tamarind sauce, herbs and served with Khuboos. The liver is easy on the pallet and it leaves a sweet and tangy taste asking you for more.

Just4tastebuds recommends it as a must have even for the ones who are hesitant, you can count on my taste buds :)

Lotus Cheesecake

You will typically not find the Lotus cheesecake on the menu but when you do go the Clucker's, do ask them for a piece of the lotus cheesecake. It's a cheesecake that's light and fluffy, garnished with walnuts and drizzled with caramel sauce. It's taste like a crème caramel. Just4tastebuds recommends it because there is always room for dessert.

Reason to visit Clucker's*:

The food :Lip smacking flavors, melt in the mouth chicken and a must visit for people who love their meat. The food does pass through the Quality check of Bassam who not only owns the place but also cooks :) and serves you the meals with a big smile.

The Customer Service: The owners of Mr. Bassam and his better half not only attended to us in person but also personally attended to each table to make sure the guests were looked after well and also made sure the meals came at regular intervals. The serving attendants are very courteous , pleasant and quick with the service.

The ambiance: The place is cozy, homely and welcoming, it's a perfect place for family or friends.

Value for Money: Easy on the pocket and high on quality and taste
