WTF : Where is the food @ Dubai Food Festival - Etisalat Beach Canteen :)

All work and no play makes Just4tastebuds a dull.

Residing in one of the most vibrant and happening cities in the world Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where every week there is something happening I couldn't be left out especially when its related to food i.e "a food festival on a beach"😋 Vitamin Sea and some calories to go with it :)

Located just behind the sunset mall on Jumeirah, The Dubai Food festival kicked off from the 22nd Feb until the 10th March 2018. It had food trucks with all kinds of fascinating foods( yes I did go in circles wondering what I would be eating first),  a movie screening on the beach (you will have to check the timings though), events, cooking workshops, kid zones and the entrance is FREE !! FREE !! FREE !!!

A few things I tasted and loved :

Sausage Fabrique serves freshly made sausages served with regular or large bread and it's yummy, you can choose from a South African Boerewors Sausage, Spicy Italian, Mexican Chorizo to Turkish sejouk and there is much more .....

For anyone and everyone who loves tea, the food festival does have a stall by the name of "Project Chai walla" with suleimani, masala tea, kadak chai, and PCW signature chai, which is basically chocolate and chai and its available in frappe and served hot , try it you may love it and ask for more . 

Now when you are an Asian food fan , its bad manner not having some at a food festival so I happened to pass by "Hooked dxb" and had the peaking duck spring rolls and the laksa soup, which is noodles in a coconut curry packed with flavors. !!!alleluiah !!!!!

Now, who goes to a food festival and doesn't end it with desserts or something sweet :) certainly not me :) I passed by for some hot churrios sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon and Nutella & a nitrogen infused oreo ice cream which melts in the mouth and it's really light and makes a perfect dessert.
