Keep calm and Eat the Biryani !!!!!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

My taste buds have always been inclined towards the rich and robust flavors in a biryani. After coming to Dubai I found out that people have different variations of a Biryani based on one's culture, ethnicity, backgrounds and sometimes one biryani recipe is passed on from one generation to the next.
I recently managed to taste different types of the biryanis at various restaurants hence sharing my experience.

Al Rehla restaurant located in Al Nahada, Sharjah:
The Namkeen roast is a well-known dish and the cook at this restaurant had converted this into a Namkeen Biryani. The texture of the rice was great as each long grain of rice was cooked to perfection The flavors of the spices blended well with the rice. The Veal was just amazing it was cooked to perfection, the meat was tender and juicy. It just fell apart when I tried to take a bite. It was served with saalan (a thick meat gravy cooked with tomatoes, chilies and a meat stock).
Ambiance: It's a small restaurant, the ambiance is not very appealing, would not be an ideal place for families or ladies. The staff is quite friendly and I would recommend his out and opt for the home delivery option.

AL Rahaman biryani  located in Al Karama, Dubai:
This is a new restaurant in Karama and there was a lot of buzz when this restaurant opened, I thought of giving it a try and ordered the Chicken biryani for a takeaway, it was supposed to come with Baingan ka saalan/chutney, raita, and an egg so I chose 2. But all that excitement was put to rest when I came home and to my surprise, I found the egg was missing in one order and the Baingan ka saalan was missing in both. When I opened the chicken Biryani parcel, the aroma was good, the rice was long grained, from the appearance it looked like a Tomato rice and the masala used was quite sharp and it had excess garlic in it. Overall was good but not satisfying.
Ambiance: The place is clean and neat, there are enough tables to accommodate people. The staff is just ok they should be better their attitude towards customers felt as if they were giving free biryani. I did not feel welcoming.

S.S. Bucket  Biryani a tiny place is located in one of the bi-lanes of Karama:
Located very close to Day to Day in Karama. We decided to try the biryani on a Friday for dinner, The place is quite busy, hence I decided to pre-orderer by calling them however it wasn’t necessary as once I arrived there they packed the biryani hot.
When I reached the place I was overwhelmed with the aroma of the biryani and felt like having a big mouthful of the biryani myself but my cousin was waiting out in the car and hence the mission of enjoying a mouthful of flavourful biryani was impossible:)
There were 2 Huge Handi’s( vessels) with biryani right at the entrance, one with chicken and other with mutton. We opted for the meal for 2 chicken biryani buckets. The bucket had 4 tender and juicy pieces of chicken, 2 eggs, and brilliantly cooked flavorful biryani. The biryani is also served with delicious Baingan ka saalan /chutney( was really tasty), raita and 2 pieces of Gulab Jamun. They call it meal for 2 but its sufficient for 3 people with a good appetite. The flavors of the biryani and the texture of the rice, definitely proved that its one among the best biryani's I have had. Overall it was a great experience, just loved it.
