Harat AlSham

The authentic Syrian food made by specialist Syrian chef and over looked by the Owner himself. The owner is a seasoned banker who left banking and started a resturant to heed to his passion

Items tried:
Tamarind cooler to start  it had a nice semi tangy sort of favor of emli or tamrind. Perfect to get refreshed when your tired and its served medium cold

Meat Shawarma sandwich,the portion was large ,the meat was grilled just right, it was marniated well hence was tender from inside and crisp from outside,the vegstuffing and the pickles on the sides complimented the shawarma.

Falafil samdwich/ wrap  the freshly baked bread was soft .The falafil was tasty and crisply , wrap was quite moist with the tahina.

Muhamars  looked like a perfect thin crust pizza. The main ingredients for the topping paste were  Onions , sesamee , tomatoes, black pepper and parcely. Deffinetly should try dish if u r a vegetarian.

Hummus was fresh as expected amd the texture was good with olive oil in the top

Arabic salad was fresh and healthy😊😊.

Dessert
Roozb haleeb .In English it is rice with milk  with pistacho topping made with great interest by a professional..the rice is cooked in fresh milk some additions including sugar to get it to a good consistency and served cold

Suleimani chai to wrap up, typical arabic cuisine always ends with a suleimani or  a strong coffee..

Overall a good experience, you can choose to ait outside hence a good option in winters. The place is kn the inner toads hence not noisy. The place is quite busy with away orders .
